Our Coverage Breakdown

10-Year Structural Frame Warranty We guarantee all solid hardwood, kiln-dried timber, and architectural metal frames against structural defects, warping, cracking, or joint failure under normal residential use for a full 10 years from the date of delivery.

5-Year Outdoor Collection Warranty Our Red Dot–recognized outdoor lounge and dining collections are built to withstand the elements. We provide a 5-year warranty on all-weather teak frames, powder-coated aluminum structures, and UV-resistant performance weaves against structural degradation and peeling.

3-Year Cushioning & Suspension Warranty We cover all high-resilience foam cores, feather-down blends, and seat suspension systems (including webbing and springs) against abnormal loss of resiliency or sagging for 3 years. Please note that normal softening of foam over time is natural and not considered a defect.

1-Year Upholstery, Finishes & Hardware Warranty All indoor fabrics, top-grain leathers, wood stains, drawer glides, soft-close hinges, and custom acrylic creations are covered for 1 year against seam slippage, fraying, peeling, or mechanical failure.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects, but does not apply to the following:

• Normal wear and tear, including natural softening of cushions, fabric pilling, or gentle fading from direct sunlight. • Natural variations in solid wood grain, knots, marble veining, or leather markings, as these are authentic characteristics of natural materials. • Damage caused by improper cleaning, harsh chemical treatments, pet scratches, spills, burns, or accidents. • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, modifications, or improper self-assembly. • Clearance, floor-sample, or final-sale items purchased at promotional markdowns.

How to File a Warranty Claim
