These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, the purchase of our furniture collections, and the booking of our specialized packages and styling services. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Products, Natural Materials & Representations
Handcrafted & Natural Variations Many of our furniture pieces are crafted using solid timber, natural stone, top-grain leather, and woven performance materials. Subtle variations in wood grain, knots, texture, and color tones are natural characteristics of authentic materials and are not considered defects.
Digital Display & Sizing While we make every effort to display product colors, finishes, and dimensions accurately on our website, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. Minor dimensional tolerances of up to 1 to 2 centimeters may occur in upholstered and handcrafted items.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Order Acceptance All orders placed through our website or via our concierge team are subject to availability and formal acceptance by Casa Verona Interiors. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a pricing error, stock discrepancy, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Custom & Package Quotes Quotes provided for our First-Time Home Buyers Package, Airbnb Package, Christmas Tree Setup, and Custom Acrylics are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to lock in production schedules and installation dates.
Pricing & Taxes All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping or White-Glove installation fees will be calculated and displayed prior to final checkout.
Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece in your home. Please review our cancellation and return guidelines carefully:
• In-Stock Standard Furniture: Orders for standard in-stock items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once delivered, eligible items in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging may be returned within 14 days, subject to a return freight and restocking fee. • Made-to-Order & Custom Furniture: Because custom upholstery, bespoke timber finishes, and tailored room packages are produced specifically for your order, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun (24 hours after order placement). • Custom Acrylics & Seasonal Services: All personalized Custom Acrylic creations and completed seasonal styling services (such as Christmas Tree Setup) are final sale and non-refundable.
Service & Installation Appointments
Property Readiness: For White-Glove Delivery, Airbnb installations, and Christmas Tree Setup, the customer must ensure the property is accessible, safe, and clear of construction work or obstructions on the scheduled date.
Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule a confirmed delivery or styling appointment, please notify our logistics team at least 48 hours in advance to avoid redelivery or restocking charges.
Inspection at Delivery: An adult (18 years or older) must be present to inspect the furniture upon arrival and sign the delivery confirmation receipt.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including furniture designs, 3D floor plans, photography, brand logos, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Casa Verona Interiors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our designs or imagery is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Casa Verona Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, or from unforeseen shipping delays caused by third-party carriers, weather events, or supply chain disruptions. Our maximum liability for any product claim shall not exceed the original purchase price of the specific item.
